Crock pot lunch

Today I tried out a crock pot recipe. I suck at cooking, so thought this would be easy. It was.

6 boneless skinless chicken breasts
1 big jar of Pace medium salsa
salt and pepper

Cut the chicken breasts in two. Pour the salsa over the chicken. Add a little salt and pepper. Cook on low for 5 hours. Take the chicken out, shred it up, put it back in for 30 minutes.

I made soft tacos with it. Tyler even liked it! It was yummmmmy!
